Sutcliffe & Co Announced as Headline Sponsor for the Visit Worcestershire Conference

Worcester-based insurance firm Sutcliffe & Co has been confirmed as the headline sponsor for the Visit Worcestershire Conference, one of the region’s leading business events for the tourism and hospitality sector.

Now in its second year, the conference brings together local organisations to share practical insights and ideas that will help shape a successful 2026 for Worcestershire’s visitor economy.

With extensive experience supporting leisure, tourism and hospitality businesses, Sutcliffe & Co is a natural partner for the event, helping strengthen connections across Worcestershire’s growing visitor economy.

Duncan Sutcliffe, Director at Sutcliffe & Co, said: “Worcestershire is a hidden gem, Visit Worcestershire and its members are working hard to give the region the recognition it deserves and Sutcliffe & Co are delighted to play a small part in helping them boost the visitor economy.”

More than 120 professionals representing attractions, accommodation providers, food and drink businesses and supporting services will come together at Sixways Stadium on Wednesday 14 January.

Attendees will hear from industry professionals on emerging tourism trends, destination promotion, and opportunities for greater collaboration with the travel trade.

Councillor Alan Amos, Cabinet Member with Responsibility for Business and Skills at Worcestershire County Council, said: “I’d like to thank Sutcliffe & Co for their generosity in sponsoring this important event in the Worcestershire business calendar. Their involvement demonstrates the strength of public and private sector collaboration in Worcestershire, helping businesses build genuine commercial partnerships and uniting the tourism business community.

Interest in this year’s event has been strong, with limited spaces available for tourism and hospitality businesses.
