The Big Churchfields Sleepover — Family Camping Weekends, July–August 2026

The Big Churchfields Sleepover is a one-of-a-kind family camping experience at Churchfields Farm near Droitwich — there's two themed weekends left across the summer holidays combining a full day on the Fun Farm, live evening entertainment and a night under the stars on the farm.

Spend the day exploring the farm, then settle in for the live act before the children fall asleep in the tent with their goody bags and the sound of the countryside around them. Fresh air, family fun, music and a few terrible dance moves guaranteed.

Two themed weekends to choose from:

• 🎵 1–2 August — Live Music Weekend with Nicole Powell
• 🎤 29–30 August — Taylor Swift Tribute Night

What's included in your £120 pitch (up to 5 people):

• 8m x 8m grass camping pitch — one tent, one vehicle
• Full Fun Farm access: Saturday 10am–9pm, Sunday 10am–5pm
• Live evening entertainment, 6–7.30pm
• Saturday night goody bag for every child (marshmallow, snacks, animal food, sleepover certificate, bubble wand and more)

Practical details:

• Arrival: Saturday 9–11am. Departure: Sunday by 4pm
• Food available to purchase on site — not included in ticket price
• Sunday breakfast available to buy, 8.30–11.30am
• Toilet facilities available on site throughout

Please note — this is a family-friendly event:

• No dogs permitted on site (camping pitches are adjacent to livestock areas)
• No electric hook-ups or shower facilities available
• No open fires, fire pits or BBQ equipment permitted
• Strictly no stag or hen parties, adult-only groups or bookings without children
• Management reserves the right to refuse entry to bookings that do not meet the family-friendly nature of the event
