About this event
Dates, address & more
Looking for somewhere to take the family this half term? Churchfields Farm is going full Wild West for the week — and there's enough here to keep children of all ages genuinely busy from the moment you arrive.
Step into the Wild West
The Half Term Hoe-Down layers a full programme of Western-themed activities on top of everything the Fun Farm already has to offer. Whether yours are the kind that dive straight into messy play or need a gentler warm-up before they join in, there's something here for every energy level.
Themed activities running throughout the week:
- Cactus ring toss
- Kids' lasso practice
- Cowboy dress-up — hats, check shirts and Wild West photo opportunities
- Line dancing sessions
- Cow pie toss (messy fun guaranteed)
- Crafts and roleplay room
Plus everything the Fun Farm always has
Your ticket also includes the full Fun Farm:
Adventure play area
- Enchanted fairy trail
- Field of Fun
- Zip line 🎈
- Bouncing pillows
- Animal paddocks
- Highland Cow Safari Tours are available throughout the week and always popular — book early as spaces are limited (additional charge, subject to availability).
Fuel up at the Cow Shed Café
The Cow Shed Café is open every day throughout half term, serving brunch, hot drinks, lunch, snacks and Churchfields' own farm-made ice cream. Themed food is also available during Hoe-Down week.
Good to know before you visit
Churchfields is a working farm, so sensible footwear is recommended and the ground can be uneven in places. Dogs are welcome and must be kept on a lead at all times. The site is located in Salwarpe, just minutes from Droitwich town centre, with free parking on site.
Tickets must be booked in advance.
