Avoncroft Art Competition 18th August 2024

The gates will be open from 9.30am so you can get the pitch you desire, set up and be ready for the judges to decide on winners by 3.pm.

Two categories Adult and Child (under 16 years of age)

• Bring your equipment set up in your chosen location we have 19 acres of countryside.
• Over 30 historic buildings and structures ( you can also set up inside).
• Spend the day Sunday 18th August from 9.30am with judging at 3pm.
• Select your choice of art medium paints, chalk, pastels etc.
• The museum will be open to the public so please be prepared for some interaction.
• Finish at home frame and mount your art
• Bring to Public Exhibition on 7th & 8th September 2024, Free Heritage open weekend.
• You decide if you want to sell your art and how much (a percentage taken for costs).
• The cost of adult artist entry £12.50 to include entrance to the museum
• The cost of child artist entry under 16’s £5 (to include entrance to the museum
• Free Tea, Filter Coffee, squash.
• Prizes will be awarded to 1st 2nd and 3rd Entrants.
• Exhibition to take place under the historic beams of the Guesten Hall Roof.
