Aladdin

Step into the colourful world of Old Peking this January with the Monday Night Group for a magical pantomime packed with laughter, mayhem and music!

Young Aladdin dreams of adventure, and perhaps of winning the heart of the beautiful Princess Baldroubadour, but his life is about to get complicated! When the evil Abanazar tricks Aladdin into entering a mysterious cave, our hero discovers that a dusty old lamp is far more powerful than it looks. With the help of a magical Genie, Aladdin’s fortunes change overnight - but Abanazar is determined to get his hands on the lamp and its incredible power.

Will Aladdin and his friends outwit Abanazar and live happily ever after? Or will the wicked magician get his hands on the lamp? Come and join the fun, cheer the goodies, boo the baddies and prepare for a magical adventure where absolutely anything can happen!

Aladdin is the 60th anniversary production from the charity pantomime group and promises to be something truly special! A traditional, fun-filled, family pantomime promising laughs a-plenty (for all ages!), catchy tunes and a feast for the eyes. Early evening and matinee shows mean there’s a chance for everyone to join in the fun.

Monday Night Group is a registered charity and every year the profits from the pantomime go back to the community, since becoming a charity in 1981 they have given away over £700,000 to thousands of worthwhile local groups and organisations.
