Who are we?

We are Explore the Past.

Our collections tell the story of the communities, individuals, buildings and landscapes of historic Worcestershire. They include over 12 miles of archives, more than 60,000 records of archaeology, and at least 20,000 local studies, archives and archaeology reference books. They tell us about the everyday lives of people and their communities as well as about dreadful and wonderful events, special buildings and famous people.

There is no need to book an appointment.

To look at original records you will need to have applied for an an archives card prior to your visit.
