About this business
Opening times, reviews & more
Inside, it is airy and open with box pews, a gallery and an attractive arched ceiling. The carved three-decker pulpit, topped by a gilded pelican feeding her young, is a work of art, and the 1795 organ by the Gray Brothers of London is Grade I listed. The tall Tudor tower remains from the old church and houses a ring of six bells.
It is now in the care of the Churches Conservation Trust, it underwent significant restoration and regeneration work in 2022 and has been sensitively transformed into a unique arts and music space. We host music events and learning activities too - check our website for details.
Opening times vary due to various activities and events at the church but we aim to be open 10am to 4pm Tuesday to Friday each week.
