The Old Saw Barn is a beautifully renovated barn conversion on a friendly family farm and surrounded by glorious Worcestershire countryside. It is just 3 miles from the old market town of Pershore and perfectly placed for visits to Statford-upon-Avon and the Cotswolds. There are good walks in the immediate area and plenty of local entertainment and things to amuse the family.Hill Court Farm is very much a family farm, with a plethora of chickens, horses and ponies. It is a mixed farm with beef cattle and arable crops. There is also a small flock of pedigree sheep. The farm is also involved in environmental and conservation schemes for which it has won awards.The renovation of the Old Saw Barn was completed in the Spring of 2007. The barn is spacious, sophisticated and luxurious and yet it retains its rustic classic charm. It sleeps 7 people, plus a cot. There is a south facing patio area, with a table and chairs and a BBQ. The barn is surrounded by the garden and a stream flows at the bottom of the property. There is also private parking.Electricity, towels, bed linen and duvets are included. Pets and children are welcome, however please note that pets are allowed downstairs only. Cots and highchairs are available on request. Smoking is not allowed.
