The cottage is situated on a working farm, and although Lower Broadheath is only 3 miles from the city of Worcester, the area remains quiet and unspoiled, with attractive views. There are two local pubs within walking distance where meals are served.The River Teme is nearby and is popular with fishermen. There are also local fishing ponds close by. The Malvern Hills are a twenty minute drive away and provide good walking with spectacular views of the Welsh Hills, Cotwolds and Severn Valley.The Cotswolds are 40 min drive away, we are also within 30 min drive of the Severn Valley Railway and West Midlands Safari Park.The Elgar Birthplace museum is a 5 min walk away, there are several National Trust properties within easy reach. A footpath runs through the farm and visitors to the cottages can walk through our woodland.
