Hot air balloon rides over Worcestershire

We have three launch sites in Worcestershire to choose from, the Worcester Racecourse, Crown Meadow in Evesham and Shelsley Walsh. Each is perfectly located for gorgeous views across the county.

Your balloon ride experience will start with the opportunity to help prepare the balloon for flight, by helping to inflate the balloon. Once the balloon is ready, it’s time to take to the skies!

As you drift along, all is calm and peaceful (apart from the burners!) where you’ll have plenty of photo opportunities to look back on for years to come.

If you choose to launch from Worcester Racecourse, you’ll be able to see this beautiful city in all its glory, from the 12th century Worcester Cathedral to the black and white Tudor houses of New Street and Friar Street.

Because you move with the wind, you won’t feel a breeze, which makes it a truly magical experience.

You’ll be in the air for around an hour before coming down to land. You’ll then have the chance to help deflate the balloon (always a lot of fun!) and packing it away before joining your fellow passengers for a prosecco toast to round off the experience in style. After this you’ll be transported back to the launch site and back to your cars.

Balloon flight vouchers are available to purchase on our website. Morning and evening flights are available throughout the ballooning season of March to October, on weekdays and weekends.

Please be aware that ballooning is a weather dependent activity so your flight may be cancelled if the weather conditions are not suitable for flying. If this was to happen, you’ll be able to rebook your vouchers onto another flight.
