Holdfast Cottage Hotel is a wonderfully warm and relaxing Country House Hotel situated in Little Malvern less than two miles from the Three Counties Showground. Set in two acres of its own attractive gardens and woodland with magnificent views of The Malvern Hills which were an inspiration for England's most famous composer, Sir Edward Elgar.A warm welcome awaits guests who enter the cottage through a plant filled conservatory into the oak beamed hall with its original cast iron range. The comfortable lounge with warming log fire, and cosy Victorian style bar, both open into the beautiful wisteria covered terrace.The delightful dining room which overlooks the garden offers the perfect setting for the AA dining rosette award winning menu which is freshly prepared each day, incorporating locally sourced produce whever possible. Quality and attention to detail are reflected in the small touches that make an occasion special. Home baked rolls, ice creams and petite fours and herbs from our own herb garden complement the traditional yet innovative cuisine.The light airy rooms are all individually furnished and each is named after one of the surrounding hills. All are en-suite and offer the additional comforts of colour television, tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer, direct dial telephone and of course a teddy bear.The beauty of the Malvern Hills is timeless and the hotel offers a perfect starting point for those who enjoy walking. However there is much to see and do for those who are less energetic.The Victorian spa town of Great Malvern is just four miles away, and nearby are the black and white market towns of Ledbury and the quant but vibrant Upton upon Severn.
