Fuego Neapolitan Pizza & Grill

The family-friendly venue is the first restaurant in Worcester to offer the Neapolitan-style wood-fired pizzas currently popular in neighbouring cities.

Neapolitan pizzas have a different style to more traditional pizzas and are renowned for their soft, light bases and delicious chewy crusts.

We make our dough on-site daily using just 4 ingredients; flour, water, salt and yeast, which is then proofed for 24 hours. Our Neapolitan pizzas are stretched by hand, topped with authentic ingredients and cooked for less than 90 seconds in our Italian wood-fired oven.

We find the best way to enjoy them is to simply fold by slice and eat, or use a knife and fork if you prefer.
