We only use fresh, organic ingredients in everything we cook that come from local suppliers to keep out carbon footprint as low as possible. We also aim to be as plastic free and zero waste as possible as sustainability is something we take seriously, from our packaging, to the choice of toiletries in our hotel rooms.Our coffee is high quality and cakes all homemade using organic ingredients. Join us in the evenings for some local wines, gins and beers! We love our food and we love our environment.
