Do you want to find out more about the historic city of Worcester?Then come and join on of our costumed guides as they walk you through the days of yesteryear, allowing you to relive the Worcester Story and the making of our Cathedral City. Hear about the Romans, the devastating Viking raids, Elizabeth I and her visit to the city in 1575 and the bloody battle of Worcester that took place in 1651.Walks start in front of Worcesters' historic Guildhall in the High Street and cost just 5 per person. Walks depart at 6pm and booking is essential. Other times are available, subject to guide availability.We also offer other themed tours that are available for individuals, groups and schools. Subjects include period specific i.e. Medieval, Tudor, English Civil War, Georgian, Victorian, Edwardian. Other themed tours include interests such as Battlefield Tours, Royalty, Churches, Crime and Punishment, Medical, the River Severn, Pubs, Secrets of the Old Town and Spooky Tours. We also run a tour just for children called 'Wicked Worcester!' Please contact us for further details.

The Guildhall Worcester is a truly beautiful building which dates back to 1721. It was once the seat of justice throughout the city and even housed a prison, and today offers both visitors and residents a glimpse of Worcester's rich heritage.
