- Experience the finished articles produced by skilled craftsmen.
Located in the small north Worcestershire village of Churchill, nr. Kidderminster, Churchill Forge is one of the last water-powered forges in the UK.
Although small in stature, the Forge produced tools for the industrial powerhouses of the West Midlands, in particular the glass making factories of Stourbridge.
Experience what the Forge was like for the craftsmen who worked there, and feel the power of the waterwheels that gave life to the machinery and products from which Churchill Forge became known. Whether visiting for the first time or returning to immerse yourself in the sights, sounds and atmosphere, there will always be something to captivate your attention and imagination.
Churchill Forge is open to the public monthly from Easter to September. We also welcome private group bookings by arrangement, and also give talks to clubs and societies on the history and restoration of the forge.
