Breakfast with Santa at Churchfields Farm
Start your festive season with a cosy countryside treat. Enjoy a hearty self-serve breakfast before hopping on a tractor ride to Santa’s magical barn for a group visit and a special gift for every child.
A Quiet Session takes place on 14 December at 8:30am, offering a calm, sensory-friendly atmosphere with no music, dim lighting, clearly labelled food, and the option of either a tractor ride or a flat accessible walk. The Santa show features reduced noise, relaxed pacing, and plenty of time for children to enjoy choosing their gift.

Christmas Tree Festival at Worcester Cathedral
From 4 December 2025 to 6 January 2026, the Cathedral sparkles with hundreds of beautifully decorated trees from local schools, charities, and businesses. Relaxed morning sessions are available on selected dates, offering more space, reduced noise and a friendly environment for visitors with mobility, sensory, or additional needs.

Christmas Grotto at Little Owl Farm Park
The Christmas Grotto at Little Owls Farm Park is a festive family experience where children can meet Father Christmas in his cosy grotto, decorate gingerbread biscuits, and explore a magical mini-Christmas village with an elves’ toy shop and sweet treats.
This year SEN Grotto sessions are available which will be quiet with music turned off and warm, soft lighting. A social story of the experience and what will happen step by step will be available prior to your visit. All children attending will also receive a fidget toy for the duration of the experience and to then take home. Parents/carers will have the opportunity to share any specific needs/triggers for your children prior to help try and make your Grotto visit as special as it can be.
Sessions are available on the 6, 7, 13, 14, 20 and 21 December.

Jack & the Beanstalk pantomime Malvern Theatre
Perfect for all ages, Jack & the Beanstalk provides a fun-filled family show this Christmas! The pantomime is packed with laughter, music, and magical surprises. Follow Jack on an exciting adventure with a giant beanstalk, a cheeky cow, and plenty of festive fun.
Malvern theatre provides Relaxed, Audio Described and BSL interpreted performances of the pantomime on the following dates:

Santa’s Grotto at Kingfisher Shopping Centre
Families can enjoy a magical Christmas experience from 27 November to Christmas Eve, featuring a sparkling woodland trail that leads to Santa’s cosy grotto. Children will receive a Wishing Coin, a personal visit with Santa to share their Christmas list, and a wrapped gift to take home. This festive event is perfect for those who love storytelling, imagination, and seasonal traditions.
SEN groups are welcome, and special discounts are available for schools & SEN visits, including 50% off SEN school bookings.

Santa Safari at West Midlands Safari Park
The Santa Safari at West Midlands Safari Park is a festive experience combining a four-mile winter safari drive with a magical visit to Santa in his cosy grotto. Guests can enjoy themed attractions like the Enchanted Elevator, Elves’ Workshop and Storytime with Mrs Claus.
Relaxed Santa Safari Sessions are available on Wednesday 26 November and Saturday 29 November for those who might find the full experience a little overwhelming. The day will still provide guests with the same magical experience with a slightly altered atmosphere to make all guests feel safe and comfortable.

This year step into a magical world at the Swan Theatre’s Sleeping Beauty pantomime! Expect dazzling costumes, catchy songs, hilarious jokes, and plenty of audience participation in this festive family favourite.
The theatre put on Relaxed, Audio Described, Dementia Friendly and BSL interpreted performances of the pantomime on the following dates:

Winter Glow at Three Counties Showground
The Winter Glow experience at Three Counties Showground is a large festive event running from 21 November to 31 December 2025, featuring attractions like an illuminated light trail, an ice rink, a personalised Santa’s Grotto, UV glow crazy golf and a Christmas market.
All 4 of the experiences as Winter Glow are wheelchair friendly and a Sensory-Friendly Light Trail session is available on Monday 19 December. This session will enable visitors with additional needs to experience our attractions in a comfortable and non-threatening environment. The Santa Experience can also be tailored for those with additional needs to help make their experience as comfortable and as magical as possible.
