Winemaking History & Process

In this tasting we take a look into how we turn grapes into wine, as well as the science and techniques behind it. This tasting is designed to be appraochable and cover a range of different knowledge levels, so you won't have to know your battonage from your Batard-Montrachet in advance. All you need to bring is yourself and an open mind, as we taste through some samples which illustrate the production methods behind them.

We will serve some basic small nibbles to accompany the wines so come along and enjoy a fun evening of informal yet informative tasting. Go grab a glass, relax, and let’s toast to the beauty of these wines - Cheers!
