Enamelling Jewellery Workshop
In this fun enamelling workshop you can make colourful, textured jewellery and no previous experience or artistic ability is required - there are plenty of examples in the studio for inspiration!
About this event
Dates, address & more
Enamelling is where powdered coloured glass is sifted onto copper shapes and you can add details with stencils, sgraffito, additional glass pieces, glitter etc. Sarah has a full range of colours to choose from and she will be on hand for expert guidance to help you create some fabulous double-sided enamelled pieces which you fire yourself in the kiln and then you can add jump rings to make into pendants, earrings or keyrings.
Classes range from a 1.5 hour taster session where you can make 3 pieces of jewellery (3 pendants or 2 pendants and a pair of earrings). These are private sessions for you or your group of up to 3 people and can be run all year round - dates and times are flexible.
There are also workshops in glass fusing, stained glass and pottery throwing on a wheel at the same studios in North Worcester and you can choose to combine any of these crafts to make a half-day or whole-day course (whole day courses include ploughman’s style lunch). Gift vouchers are also available if you want to give as a present – the recipient can then choose when to arrange the class.
