About this event
Dates, address & more
Ready to swap screen time for "green time"? Take part in a 2-hour Forest Bathing experience at Croome, based in the Arboretum.
Led by Ian Kershaw, a qualified Forest Bathing Guide with 10+ years of experience in offering wellbeing practices , the session will begin with a slow-paced, guided journey through the outdoors, learning techniques to help you tune into the sights, sounds, and scents of nature, followed by a relaxation session of meditative, sensory-based nature connection.
Based on the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku, Forest Bathing is a science-backed wellness experience designed to lower stress, boost your immune system, and clear your mind.
This is also a rare opportunity to spend time in Croome's Arboretum, located north of the main park in an area typically closed to the public.
Spaces are limited to ensure a relaxed, quiet experience. Book your spot today and give yourself the gift of a mental reset. Normal admission does not apply for this event, unless you are visiting Croome afterwards.
Booking Essential. Tickets £25, see website or call 0344 249 1895 for booking details.
