Willow Stars Workshop

Your beautiful willow stars, each measuring an impressive 50cm across, will be perfect for hanging on a wall or on your front door, as an alternative to a wreath, you could even add lights! They would make fabulous gifts too.

During your day, you will have the opportunity to make ALL of these (as pictured):
~ Simple Rod Star - using chunky rods to create a geometric style star
~ Swedish Star – using two different colours of willow, producing an intricate weaved star
~ Pine cone-filled Star – starting with a star outline and a weaved base, you will attach pine cones within your weaving to produce a pine cone-filled star

The workshop will run from 10am until 4pm, with a pause for a ploughman-style lunch. Your lunch and the materials to make all three stars will be provided, as will a workshop apron for you to wear during your day.
