Ombersley Car Show

Ombersley Memorial Village Hall is hosting its’ annual Car Show on Saturday 12th July from 11am until 4pm.

As a charity, the hall depends on a dedicated band of local volunteers and events to provide funds for the upkeep of the building.

This year we expect over 140 veteran, vintage and classic cars plus motorbikes and trucks and for this year – a new area dedicated to Supercars!

There will be a shopping area with locally-made artisan products and delicious food including a barbecue, wood-fired pizzas and Egyptian street food all washed down with a beer, Prosecco or an ice-cream!

The community tea shop within the hall will be offering a range of home-made cakes, tea and coffee.

The show will be opened by the Air Cadet Band and entertainment will be provided by the amazing local choir “Voices Unlimited” plus “Saltroad” (Country and Western music).

There is a £100 cash prize for the “Guess how many balloons are in the car” competition.

To keep the kids amused, there will be a bouncy castle and slide next to the existing play area.

This is a dog friendly event for well-behaved pooches - on a lead please!

Free car parking will be clearly signposted with a few disabled spaces in the hall car park itself. Advanced notice required if you need one.

The show is being held in Ombersley Memorial Hall field, Sandys Road WR9 0DY on Saturday 12th July from 11am until 4pm. Entry is £3 per adult and children are free.
