Join us for a quintessentially British wine and dine experience at the historic The Lygon Arms Hotel, Broadway in the north Cotswolds. Enjoy Nyetimber world-renowned sparkling wines with an exclusive three-course paired menu curated by celebrity Chef James Martin and lovingly created by Head Chef Gareth Evans.

Hosted by your Nyetimber Ambassador the event commences with a warm welcome at the legendary coaching inn where you’ll be shown to the Champagne Bar for welcome drink and canapes before taking your seat for the three course dinner served with expertly paired wines to give you a taste of a selection of four of Nyetimber celebrated English sparkling wines; Classic Cuvee 2010 Magnums, Tillington Single Vineyard 2016, Cuvee Chérie Demi-Sec Multi-Vintage, and Blanc de Blancs 2016.

The menu will draw on the best seasonal ingredients, showcasing local produce, expertly paired with celebrated cuvées, including England’s first single vineyard sparkling wine, Tillington Single Vineyard 2016.

Nyetimber vineyards share similar characteristics with the best sparkling wine vineyards in the world. Greensand and chalk soils allow their vines, in each of the separate sites, to flourish across the south of England.

The climate here allows for the slow ripening of our grapes, allowing us to achieve the optimum levels of ripeness and acidity, as well as the complexity and finesse for which the exquisite wines are renowned.

THE VENUE

The Lygon Arms, situated within the idyllic Cotswolds village of Broadway in Worcestershire. With roots dating back to the 14th century, The Lygon Arms is steeped in history, and reminders of the vast Tudor influence are visibly appreciated in the superb restoration of original features. The hotel boasts ‘Grill’ restaurant within its Great Hall and authentic ‘Tavern’ pub in addition to a variety of relaxed lounges, meeting spaces, a dedicated afternoon tearoom and a summer alfresco courtyard. Alongside this is the luxurious Lygon Spa and 86 guest rooms and suites, including the regally appointed Charles I suite.
