It’s Christmaaas! After Hours

Experience Hanbury Hall decorated for a 1970s and 80s Christmas after hours followed by a three-course Christmas dinner in the Courtyard Kitchen.

About this event

Dates, address & more

This year, we’re opening up the Hall after dark on Friday 20 December to host a one-time special evening experience of our nostalgic festive event It’s Christmaas!, followed by a three-course Christmas dinner.

Step inside the Hall and be transported back to the 1970s and 80s as you are greeted by a riot of colour, with bright lights, baubles and tinsel galore.

Sip on your welcome drink of Babycham or a Snowball as you explore the decorated rooms, from opening presents on Christmas morning in the Ladies Parlour, to Christmas evening TV and board games in the Great Parlour.

Reminisce over your favourite games, toys and food from the period, and dance around to all the best number one hits with family and friends.

After you’ve explored the Hall, you’ll be welcomed inside the cosy Courtyard Kitchen restaurant for dinner.

To start, choose between a honey roast swede soup (v) or parsnip and apple soup (vg).

For the main course, enjoy roast turkey served with all the trimmings, or a Pieminister Mooless pie served with all the trimmings (vg).

For dessert, choose between apple crumble (vg) or Christmas pudding with brandy sauce (vg).

To finish, enjoy any regular hot drink with a mince pie.

Please indicate your menu choices and any dietary requirements at checkout.

Dinner drinks are not included in ticket price and can be purchased on the night.

Please note sales end at midnight on Sun 15 Dec.

Event Ticket Prices: Adult inc. House entry, welcome drink and 3 course meal - £65.00
