Elgar: A Piano Portrait celebrates the life and works of Sir Edward Elgar, one of Britain's most esteemed composers. The performance will feature some of Elgar's lesser-known piano works, alongside pieces from Brahms, Coleridge-Taylor, Gershwin, and Messiaen. Through this programme, the audience will embark on a harmonious journey through Elgar's career, exploring the relationships and context of different eras and compositional styles.

Myles Manders-Young is an English classical pianist based in Birmingham. He has received Third Prize at the Thailand 7th International Chopin Piano Competition, and a Gold Prize at the 4th Bangkok International Piano Competition. He is passionate about promoting the music of Elgar and bringing classical music to new audiences.

Tickets are £15 per person, with concert times at 11.30-12.30pm & 2pm-3pm. With only 60 tickets available at each performance this concert will not be one to miss.
