Blossom Yoga for Families
Join local yoga teacher Emma for free, drop-in family yoga sessions in the orchard on Thursday 17 April and Thursday 24 April at 2pm.
About this event
Dates, address & more
“Blossom trees in spring bring life, energy, places to sit and reflect, objects to watch sway in wind. They can ground us and remind us of the world beyond our immediate surroundings and take us out of ourselves when we need time away from the problems of our lives.” ~ Tom Shuttleworth, Trees and Woodland Advisor, National Trust
Bring all the family along to relax beneath the beautiful blossom trees and learn simple, fun yoga poses to promote mindfulness and relaxation.
Please be aware that you will be practising yoga in an outdoor space, so wildlife will be around, such as bees, insects, birds, and butterflies, and the weather may be cold and wet. The sessions will only be cancelled due to extreme weather conditions.
This event is free, but normal admission charges apply for the venue.
