The Upton Heritage Centre is located in the oldest surviving building in this Riverside Town. The recently updated Centre hosts an exciting array of displays illustrating the growth and development of the town and its involvement during the Civil War in 1651. Displays also include The River Upton origins, the Civil War and the Battle of Upton Bridge , Upton Today, changing styles in architecture, life styles from the past and the floods.A recent addition is a computer based history kiosk, providing visitors the chance to investigate the history of the area even further.Close to the Heritage Centre can be found the Tudor House Museum, with displays and artefacts showing local history and life in and around Upon upon Severn. The museum is open daily 2-5pm April 2nd - October 31st and Sundays only 2-5pm during winter. Admission charges applicable.

Upton past present, exhibits of local history. Ceramics, clothes, photos etc. "Staffordshire Blue" and local pottery. Lovely garden. Educational - schools welcome.
