To Begin:

Droitwich Salt Baked Pumpkin, Goats cheese mousse, sage oil, roasted pine nuts, pickled red onion & pumpkin puree.

Main Course:

Home Reared Churchfields Braised Beef Rillette, celeriac puree, beef fat mash, buttered kale, confit shallots and a thyme jus

Wild mushroom tart , creamed mashed potato, buttered kale confit shallots with a truffle velouté (V) - this option will need pre booking

To Finish:

Coffee & Chocolate Crémeux, Churchfields Raspberry ice cream, chocolate tuille and whipped mascarpone
