In The Holiday, Iris (Kate Winslet) is in love with a man who’s about to marry another woman. Across the globe, Amanda (Cameron Diaz) realises her man has been unfaithful. Although 6,000 miles apart, the two women find themselves in exactly the same place, and via a home exchange website decide to swap homes for the yuletide season.

Iris jets off to sunny California, while Amanda arrives in the snow-covered English countryside, and both find the last thing either wanted or expected; a new romance. Jack Black and Jude law also star as the respective new men on the scene, in this funny, heart-warming tale of love, travel and adventure at Christmas!
